01 — Ownership, Authorship & Intellectual Property

LANDEPLOY Suite ("the Software") is an original proprietary software product entirely conceived, designed, engineered, and built by Abhay Kumar, an independent developer. All rights are reserved exclusively by Abhay Kumar.

The following are original creations and intellectual property of Abhay Kumar, protected as prior art from their date of first conception, documentation, and publication:

Core Software Product
LANDEPLOY Suite — a fully offline LAN management platform for schools, offices, and labs. The entire concept, product vision, architecture, and implementation is an original work by Abhay Kumar.
Software Deployment System
A silent, encrypted push-deployment system that distributes software to multiple PCs simultaneously over a local area network, including a built-in security scan engine and custom installation path system.
Live LAN Monitoring System
Real-time monitoring of all connected PCs including: running applications, installed software inventory, live activity tracking, logged-in user detection, and content policy alerts — all over LAN with no internet.
LAN Chat Ecosystem
A fully offline, encrypted real-time chat system with system-based identities, admin monitoring capabilities, and zero internet dependency.
Access Control Architecture
An original hard-coded multi-tier access system with strict role separation. No code path exists to create additional privileged accounts or escalate privileges — enforced at architecture level.
Silent Agent Protocol
An original client-side silent background agent protocol. The agent continuously listens for deployment commands, verifies the source cryptographically, runs a built-in security scan, silently installs, and alerts the host on any failure — all without any user interaction or visible interface.
License System
A unique cryptographic license system that binds each license to a specific account and machine using tamper-proof verification. License keys are auto-generated and machine-bound.
License Verification System
An original periodic cloud license verification system with a built-in offline grace period. Ensures license compliance, enforcement of account status, and plan synchronization while maintaining offline-first operation.
Web Portal & Admin Panel
The complete web portal including: user authentication, plan management, payment integration, an admin control panel with user management, dynamic plan configuration, and security event monitoring.
Security Monitoring System
An original real-time security alert system with multi-tier attack classification, automatic threat response, and attack mitigation guidance.
Software Authentication Flow
An original desktop software authentication flow where the software opens a browser-based login, auto-authenticates, and activates the license via a secure local callback — all without the user manually entering keys.

02 — License Grant & Permitted Use

Upon purchase of a valid plan or activation of a free trial, Abhay Kumar grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for your own internal business or educational purposes.

This license does NOT permit:

  • ✕Sharing, sublicensing, selling, renting, or transferring the Software or your license key to any third party
  • ✕Using the Software or its concepts to build a competing product
  • ✕Removing, altering, or hiding any copyright or ownership notices
  • ✕Using one license across multiple organizations or physical locations
  • ✕Sharing your serial key, account, or admin credentials with unauthorized persons
  • ✕Attempting to bypass, crack, or spoof the license verification system
  • ✕Using the Software for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized surveillance activity

This license permits:

  • ✓Installing and running the Software on the number of PCs allowed by your plan
  • ✓Using all features included in your purchased plan tier
  • ✓Creating the number of admin accounts allowed by your plan
  • ✓Deploying software to client PCs within your licensed network
  • ✓Monitoring, chatting, and managing your own LAN infrastructure
03 — Internet Connectivity Requirements

LANDEPLOY Suite operates 100% offline for all core LAN management functions. The following are the ONLY situations requiring internet access:

Initial Activation
One-time internet required to sign in and activate your license.
Periodic License Verification
The Software periodically contacts our servers to verify your license status, check for account changes, or plan updates. If the server is unreachable, the Software continues working offline.
Offline Grace Period
If internet is unavailable for an extended period, the Software continues operating normally. After the grace period expires without verification, re-verification will be required.
Software Updates
Checking for and downloading new Software versions requires internet.
⚠️ BY USING THIS SOFTWARE YOU EXPLICITLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT PERIODIC LICENSE VERIFICATION AND THE OFFLINE GRACE PERIOD ARE INTENDED, DOCUMENTED FEATURES — NOT DEFECTS. NO COMPLAINT, REFUND REQUEST, OR LEGAL CLAIM MAY BE RAISED ON THE BASIS OF THESE REQUIREMENTS.
04 — Plans, Payments, Renewals & Refunds
→All plans are billed monthly in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices may change with advance notice.
→Free trials are available with limited features. No payment required.
→Paid plans activate immediately upon successful payment and are valid for 30 days.
→Plans do not auto-renew. You must manually renew before expiry.
→Refunds are only considered within 24 hours of purchase if the Software fails to function as documented.
→No refund is provided for change of mind, partial usage, or plan downgrades.
→No refund is provided if the account is banned due to violation of these Terms.
→Enterprise pricing is available upon request.
05 — Account Suspension & Bans

Abhay Kumar reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently ban any account that:

  • ✕Violates any section of these Terms
  • ✕Attempts to bypass, crack, or reverse-engineer the license system
  • ✕Shares or sells their serial key or account credentials
  • ✕Uses the Software for illegal surveillance, harassment, or harmful activity
  • ✕Deploys malware, ransomware, or malicious code through the deployment system
  • ✕Makes fraudulent payment or chargeback requests
  • ✕Abuses or threatens Abhay Kumar or LANDEPLOY's support channels

Banned accounts lose Software access immediately with no refund. Ban appeals may be submitted within 7 days. Abhay Kumar's decision on bans is final.

06 — Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Abhay Kumar shall not be liable for:

  • —Loss of data, files, or software on client PCs due to deployment errors
  • —Network downtime or disruption caused by the Software
  • —Unauthorized LAN access despite using the Software's security features
  • —Hardware damage caused by improperly deployed software
  • —Loss of business due to Software downtime or license expiry
  • —Data loss due to account bans or plan cancellations
  • —Claims arising from the license verification or offline grace period
  • —Any indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages

Maximum total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim. The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

07 — Data Collection & Privacy

LANDEPLOY collects only what is necessary to operate the license system:

  • →Account email — for authentication and license linking
  • →Hardware fingerprint — used to bind licenses to devices
  • →Software version and verification timestamps
  • →IP address — for security monitoring and threat detection only
  • →Payment details — processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store card or bank details.

All LAN activity (monitored apps, websites, chat messages, deployment logs) is stored exclusively on your local network and is never transmitted to our servers. Abhay Kumar has zero access to your internal LAN data.

08 — Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use LANDEPLOY to:

  • ✕Deploy malware, ransomware, spyware, viruses, or any malicious software
  • ✕Monitor individuals without appropriate legal consent or authorization
  • ✕Intercept, tamper with, or eavesdrop on network traffic beyond the intended LAN scope
  • ✕Bypass or disable the built-in security scan before deployments
  • ✕Use the LAN chat system to harass, threaten, or abuse any user
  • ✕Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
  • ✕Circumvent any security measures in the Software or its web portal
09 — Third-Party Services

LANDEPLOY Suite uses third-party services for authentication, payment processing, database storage, and web hosting. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Abhay Kumar is not responsible for the availability, terms, or privacy practices of any third-party services used by LANDEPLOY.

10 — Updates & Changes to the Software

Abhay Kumar may release Software updates at any time. Updates may add, modify, or remove features. You will be notified of significant changes. Abhay Kumar reserves the right to:

  • →Change plan pricing with at least 7 days advance notice to active subscribers
  • →Modify, add, or remove features from any plan tier
  • →Discontinue the Software with 30 days notice and a pro-rated refund for remaining days
  • →Update these Terms at any time — continued use constitutes acceptance
11 — Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts. Before pursuing legal action, disputes must first be raised via email with a 30-day resolution window.

By purchasing or using LANDEPLOY Suite, you agree to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
